Like love at first sight, the original Two Amigas first crush was real estate. Anita and Jenn became business partners in 2021, transforming an old gem into a successful short-term rental. They believe good design makes people happier, and that matters now more than ever. “We created chic and functional spaces for guests to relax, surrounded by a mix of modern and vintage pieces that welcome people to gather. The nature-inspired color palette and art selection came together with the city and ocean views across the property,” expressed Anita.
Every corner of the property serves a purpose, showcasing their love for design and multifunctionality. As self-proclaimed city dwellers and hardworking beach bums who love to unwind and recharge in beautiful surroundings, Jenn and Anita are savvy when it comes to small spaces and bringing nature indoors. “Good design is space-centric. In addition to hues and aesthetics, we love to be clever with objects that enhance the living experience,” added Jenn.
And that’s where their second love affair began: cannabis accessories.

The dynamic duo swear by vision boards and are very proud of theirs. Jenn almost shouts, “Get the printer, it’s a monumental investment. We are visual beings; we need to see to believe that what we are building is possible. Whether you’re designing a home or an object, whether you’re building a kitchen or a brand, you need to have a clear direction.” Interestingly, the brand’s color palette was born in a hardware store while searching for the perfect front door color.
When asked if they got it right with Two Amigas, Anita adds, "The biggest win isn't just real estate or the brand—it's getting to build something meaningful with my best friend. Being business owners together is the ultimate high, and nothing beats that.
